Or in the USA readying for either National Chicken Soup for the Soul Day, or Pizza with the Works (except Anchovies) Day.
But if you are in the UK and able to travel to London it’s time for a re-think. Block out that Thursday and trust your instinct.
The origin story was a meeting in the Jampot (Jamaica Wine House) on St Michael's Alley in the City, one dank January evening.
Myself and Christian Hunt arguing the finer points on whether Compliance was a weird monopoly and needed more competition, or if their proliferation was a plague.
We quickly lost interest in the agreeable disagreement, and moved onto a shared gripe.
Being why are most industry events so sh1t?
And why does the crucial topic of human behaviour and its criticality to risk & resilience, compliance & conduct, performance & P+L get short changed?
Six pints in, full of overconfidence, righteous indignation and IPA, we came to the logical conclusion. We would have to fill the gap.

Cutting edge content, challenging opinions, thought provoking and fun? Check.
