The framing of Behavior and Culture: Research

  • Jun 25
  • 1 min read

I’m studying how the way we all think about behaviour and culture itself has an important impact on how organizations seek to understand & address behaviour and culture.

Sounds obvious, eh?

But there is a unique part of this onion which we need to unpeel. And I need your help.

There is a circular dynamic in how our behaviour impacts the analysis of our behaviour. This can either unlock or impede progress.

A distinctive trait that is not shared with other areas of corporate life. We need to strip back the layers to see what it reveals, even if there are tears.

Early conversations suggest a lack of focus on this “self-referencing” characteristic and some surprising initial findings.

How do you think about behaviour and culture at work?

How do your management and co-workers think?

Please spend a few minutes capturing your views in the below survey, and encourage as many of your colleagues as possible to do likewise.

I need a good spread of responses, so all are welcome to participate.

I’ll share the findings and lessons with everyone once the study closes.
